Project ideas:

Deck Refinish Project:
It is a good idea to clean and treat your decks and garden wood structures every year or two. Some products use Oxylic Acid and I really prefer this product instead of a chlorine based cleaner. It requires a bit more work, yet there are no white spots and the wood is not bleached out, just clean. Use a stiff brush to get all the old algae and grime off. Let it dry for 2 days and then treat with your favorite coating. These stairs were done with Cabot clear. The Thompson water seal products also work great.

 

Bathroom Mirror Update:
Its a good idea to update rooms in the house that look dated. This bathroom had been redone once, yet it was looking dated and a bit oxidized. so we decided to replace the mirror and mirror light bar. We also installed two sconces on either side of the new smaller mirror.
